OR TRAINING PROGRAM
Hardware and software companies, platform and tool providers, simulation builders and other vendors can offer a commercial demo of their product or service by purchasing a table in our exhibit hall. Demos can be also be offered as a sponsored session during the main conference sessions on a first come, first serve bases as we only have a few spots available for these sessions.

Studios Under 10 Employees: Table to demo a single game $200
Larger Studios: Table to demo games $500 ea table
Publishers: 2 Tables to demo 4-8 games or display products or books $1,200
Hardware, Platform, Simulation: Table to demo Commercial Product: $2,000; two products: $3,000
Exhibitor tables can be manned by 1 or 2 people. Exhibitor personnel do not automatically get free attendance to conference sessions. Registrations can be purchased for $100 each.
SPONSORED PROGRAM SESSION DURING THE MAIN CONFERENCE

Increase your visibility by becoming a Conference Sponsor, which could add a main conference speaker session or other benefits; a logo on our website; ads in our onsite program; a pre-conference flyer to our entire list of 75,000 curated contacts or to the industry group of your choice; sponsorship of the exhibit area, morning coffee or a break; or another marketing effort. AWARD WINNER DEMO
Entrants in our International Serious Play Award Program (both professional and student) are offered the chance to demo their games in our exhibit hall on Game Night.
Companies that submit an entry may also register one person to attend the conference free. Additional employees may apply for a registration at the reduced cost of $100 per attendee.
Students who submit entries may attend the conference free to learn new skills (maximum of 3). Additional students and their faculty advisor may purchase registrations for just $50.
