Serious Play Conference will honor teacher, librarian and museum innovation in developing and using game-based learning in K12 this year with a new event called Learning Game Competition.The idea is to allow the sharing of creative ideas and also promote networking between teachers nationally, globally.Enter a game you have produced for use in your classroom or institution. Any kind of game-based learning concept is eligible, from a simple lesson that teaches names of categories of science to an elaborate one that lets you run your class as a year long game.Entrants must be currently working in a K12 or equivalent learning institution. Games must be created without outside investor funding.12 winners will be selected to demo their game in a Learning Game Showcase track on Saturday, June 26. These teachers/librarians/educators will receive a free registration to the conference, online again this year.
