Amelian Geary, for the past two decades, has focused on program design, management and implementation in the public health sector. Amelia has managed portfolios with a strong emphasis on innovation, training and capacity building for medical professionals, hospital administrators and NGO professionals. Her areas of expertise include adult learning, blended-learning, simulation and virtual training. Amelia has worked with several emergency and development organizations, including Orbis International, Action Against Hunger — USA, the United Nations Development Program, the World Bank Water and Sanitation program, and Concern Worldwide. Amelia has implemented projects throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean and has lived in Senegal, Kenya, South Africa, Sierra Leone and Peru. She is currently based in Barbados.
