Chuck (he/him/his) spends his days dreaming up innovative (some might say unconventional or nonconformist) L&D interventions and programs. He has a passion for leveraging state-of-the-art techniques to make learning as engaging and impactful as possible. During his 20-year career he has worked with dozens of organizations to redesign their training programs to incorporate digital storytelling and gamification in ways that demonstrably improve long-term knowledge retention and reduce employee attrition. Chuck consistently directs the focus to creating innovative, engaging, and – most importantly – effective training. As a recognized leader in the industry, Chuck has been on the forefront of developing new methods and models that skill-up employees for peak performance. He leverages his Masters degrees in Adult Education and Economics/Statistics to ensure measurable results. Chuck is a regularly invited presenter at national and international L&D conferences where he shares his expertise and his passion for energetic, creative work.
