Creating and Measuring Collaborative Capacity in a Game

At heart, I am an experimentalist that believes play – especially hands-on play – is mostly how we learn the important stuff. My formal background is in mathematics and physics and that’s where I do most of my teaching currently. I’ve worked on and off as an engineer and industrial designer as well but over the past few years, I have come to believe that humanity’s biggest barriers to the pursuit of its potential come down to people-people interactions. So that’s where I’m focusing my creative energy these days and I’m lucky to have a testbed of willing students who are keen to play along.
