Ilona Seaman is a professional technology and business services consultant, currently collaborating with the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing technology team in delivering cutting-edge, interactive training and assessment applications. Drawing upon a diverse and progressive background in the private, academic and government industries, Ms. Seaman applies unique insights to the project’s development, supporting the technical coding and data integration efforts, as well as workflow optimization and overall consolidation of presentation concepts.Ilona is a graduate of Cleveland State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, along with receiving certifications in Accelerated Leadership and Applications of Dan Pink’s Drive. She is also an alumnus of the .NET Development Boot Camp at Cleveland’s award-winning Tech Elevator. She is the founder of iPanda designs LLC, a growing technology design and services consulting firm dedicated to providing the technology for people and small businesses to share their visions & voice with the world. Ilona’s core technical skills include web application development, database programming and LMS design & management. Her experience with software development includes working with C#/.NET, PHP, Python, SQL Server, WAMP stack, Visual Studio, Unity, Qualtrics, AWS and Azure platforms. She also has significant experience with project management and agile development.
