Jillian Humphreys Jillian Humphreys is a Lead Business and Technology Strategist at MITRE, a not-for-profit organization that operates research and development centers for the federal government. As a strategist, Ms. Humphreys serves as the Strategy Management Systems (SMS) department’s capability steward for Strategic Foresight[1], a capability which helps sponsors consider and understand how emerging trends and issues influence their environment, resulting in a different future than today. Jillian has over 10 years of experience in program and project management, making the switch to strategy management 5 years ago. Ms. Humphreys received her MA from American University’s School of Public Affairs and is currently pursuing an MS in Foresight from the University of Houston’s College of Technology.
