Jonathan Wade is the Senior Educational Technologist at Western Carolina University, a regional comprehensive university that is a part of the University of North Carolina State System. Dr. Wade has decades of experience in private and public education at all levels. He has served as an administrator, as a board member, as a IT manager, and as a faculty member, project and change manager and institute facilitator. In his current role he works to negotiate stakeholder needs with governance, compliance, policy, and funding realities. He has a PhD from the University of Texas at Dallas, a MA from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and certificates in Project Management and Non-Profit Management from Western Carolina and Duke Universities.
