Kai-Lin You is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. Kai-Lin’s research interests include cancer care, serious games, and nursing workforce issues. Prior to starting her doctoral studies, she worked as an oncology nurse and received her master’s degree in nursing in Taiwan. Her dissertation project focuses on return-to-work issues in nurses with cancer.
