Lee Downs is Redwood’s Senior ID and Creative Lead and has worked for the past decade writing multi-media content for private, not-for-profit, and governments. Lee is a big believer in gamification if done right and has used gaming techniques to great effect, especially as a means to assess and reinforce knowledge. Her focus on soft skills has always been a sweet spot in how she crafts content that informs and engages learners. Lee’s consulting knowledge, and HR and business experience were essential elements in Redwood’s ability to develop a Simulation Approach to Teaching Human Skills.
