Lydia Sani is Redwood’s Managing Partner. In 1986 Lydia founded Invisions Productions, and then Redwood e-learning systems in 2003 (now Redwood Performance Group). With a sole focus on education, training, Redwood’s mission is to advance skills through a new level of e-learning, creating content that is immersive and engaging for learners – whether they are learning how to serve a customer, or how to keep safe while on the job. Outside of her work with Redwood, Lydia serves as Vice-Chair of Interactive Ontario, a trade association that represents producers of interactive digital media (IDM).
