She is the Founding Director of the play2PREVENT Lab at the Yale Center for Health & Learning Games where she and her team focus on developing and evaluating videogame interventions, in the form of “serious games” to impact the health and well-being of adolescents, including smoking/vaping, HIV prevention and HIV counseling and testing, and mental health and opioid misuse. Most recently, she founded a new company, Playbl, that focuses on the broad-scale marketing and distribution of the 5 videogames developed and evaluated by the play2PREVENT Lab.
