Matteo is a management consultant specialising in large scale projects with 15+ years of experience in organisational development, business transformation, operational readiness and change management programmes across North America, Europe, Africa, Middle and Far East Asia.

He is an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Advisor for Olympic Games Operational Readiness and Communication Command and Control (C3). In the private sector Matteo has been providing advisory services to large corporations (FTSE100) for global business transformation projects.

In the sport and events industry he has successfully delivered complex projects for a series of top tier events including the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Torino 2006, Beijing 2008, Vancouver 2010, London 2012, PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022, the Baku 2015 European Games, the Doha 2006 Asian Games, the MotoGp, the Americas Cup World Series and Dubai World Expo 2020.
