Nicholas Finney, is a strategy consultant, focusing on organizational transformation and change initiatives in the non-profit sector. He is based in Ireland and works globally. Prior to consulting, Nicholas spent 20 years in the humanitarian sector, focused on trying to make emergency and disaster response faster and more effective. Much of his career was spent with Save the Children, a leading humanitarian organization for children, where he has played the role of country director, regional director and response team leader in various parts of Africa, Asia and the Middle-East. Nicholas has Masters degrees in Tri-sector collaboration from Singapore Management University and in Environmental Science from University College London.
