How Serious Games Can Help Companies Create Sustainable Business Growth
Ningna Xie has been involved in projects about game-facilitated communication and game-based learning. She holds a B.A. in International Communication with distinction from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. In 2020, she graduated with distinction from MSc. Sustainability Science, Policy and Society at Maastricht Sustainability Institute (MSI), Maastricht University. She completed her master’s thesis titled Game-based Learning for Sustainability: The Role of Serious Gaming in Breaking Barriers and Identifying Future Directions for CSR in Logistics SMEs. Being an active alumni, she contributes to the project STRASUS as a visiting researcher. Through her passion and expertise in applying serious games in sustainability context, Ningna is assisting academic-industry partnerships in collaborative learning for transformative changes.
