Pat Healy is a serious games researcher and game designer pursuing a PhD in the University of Pittsburgh’s Department of Informatics and Networked Systems. Their work has explored serious game and virtual world design and evaluation in primarily healthcare and education, with a research focus on investigating procedural rhetoric as a mechanism for serious games’ ability to educate, persuade, or inspire in various contexts.
