Ryan Connell is DCMA’s Northeast Pricing Director in the Commercial Item Group. Mr. Connell has over 10 years in Defense acquisition experience which includes cost estimating, pricing & negotiation, cost & compliance, and most recently assisted in creating the congressionally mandated Cadre-Of-Experts for commercial acquisition. Ryan has spent the last 4 years leading the direction of acquisition, specifically targeting leveraging commercial business practices and attempting to remove barriers to entry for nontraditional defense contractors. Ryan has his MBA, DAWIA certifications in both contracting and program management, and is on the NCMA Boston board of directors.
