Sarah M. Cavanaugh, DVM, MS, DACVIM (Cardiology) is assistant professor of cardiology and respiratory medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM). Prior to joining the RUSVM faculty in 2017, Dr. Cavanaugh was in private referral practice in Colorado and Florida. Dr. Cavanaugh’s research interests include degenerative mitral valve disease, nutrition & cardiovascular disease, and game-based learning in veterinary students.
