Wesley Williams is the Director of Serious Gaming for Microsoft Federal. Wesley has been a part of the wargame, exercise, modeling, and simulation community for about 15 years. He has spent years designing, executing, and analyzing wargames and exercises for senior leadership in the federal, private, international, and non-profit sectors. Wesley has extensive experience “gaming” national security and defense issues as well as cyber security, transportation, manufacturing, logistics, and competitive and cooperative futures in a range of subject matter.

At Microsoft, Wesley focuses on digital transformation in the Serious Gaming marketspace. He works to help customers and partners harness the power of technology to increase the quality, and where necessary, quantity of their Serious Gaming efforts. Specifically, he is heavily involved in working across the Microsoft enterprise, and directly with partners and customers to solution and prototype capabilities to support the future of Serious Gaming.

Prior to joining Microsoft, he was the Strategic Innovation Portfolio manager for Booz Allen’s Wargame and Exercise practice, where he led the development and application of current and emerging technology in Serious Gaming efforts. Additionally, he oversaw Booz Allen’s wargaming and exercise efforts in the western US and APAC regions.
