Parking: There are several options for parking lots on campus:

Hotels:  We have arranged for courtesy rates on room blocks at several Toronto Hotels.  Double check that rates are in Canadian dollars.  Please note: October is a busy tourist season in Toronto, so book early!  All hotels have a cut off date well before the conference.  When you call, ask for the Serious Play Conference block.

Chelsea Hotel:  Hotel has Free WiFi and a heated swimming pool and a seasonal Sun Deck and is near area where we be at the University.                                                                              One Queen Bed or Two Double Rooms: $299  USD                  Identify yourself as part of Serious Play Conference and Group Res ID: SER101023 to take advantage of your special rate. Hotels listed are all within 15 minutes of The Catalyst, our Registration Headquarters for the Conference.  Transit in Toronto from further away is very good.  The closest subway station is Younge/Dunbas.

You can actually take a Direct Train from the Airport to Union Station and then walk The Path (an underground tunnel) or take the Subway to Younge/Dunbas Station. 

Subway: Simply take the appropriate transport to reach Line 1 on the subway and exit at Dundas Station. From there, walk north half a block to Gould Street, then East to the Church Street intersection


Streetcar / Bus: Take the 505 Dundas streetcar to Church street, and walk one block north on Church to the Gould Street intersection – OR – take the 506 Carlton streetcar to Church and walk two blocks south to the Gould Street intersection
